Terms and Conditions
Generally we try to make things as simple as possible. However, we do have certain terms and conditions that apply to use of the system. Please review the following items and if you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
- An initial setup fee of $100 is payable in advance. This fee is non-refundable and will compensate us for the time it takes for us to setup your business. There is a setup fee for each company that you choose to enrole.
- Monthly charges are based on order volume. There is a minimum charge of $25 per company per month. Per-order charges vary but range from $0.15 to $0.25 per order.
- The system is intended to be used for informational and operational service only. The accuracy of the information provided by EZom is only as good as the information you provide (inventory quantities, unit-costs, etc.). EZom cannot be responsible for poor or untimely data entry nor for inaccurate information.
- EZom receives and provides information to other enterprises that you authorize us to exchange with. EZom is not responsible for the quality or accuracy of the information we retrieve/provide on your behalf.
- EZom will setup each company for you with one administrative user for each company. User and company administration is your responsibility. We provide an easy to use administrtive interface for managing users, suppliers, shippers and configuration preferences. We will assist you wherever you need help, but the ultimate responsibility remains with you.
- Our goal is to serve you and we will work with you to meet your business needs. Custom development work (work requested but not applicable to our general customer base) will be agreed to in writing and additional fees will apply.
- You may terminate the service at any time you choose. EZom must receive (and will confirm receipt) requests for termination in email. Termination requests can be sent to Site Administrator.
